General Information about Jazzaniah's catering menus, policies, and pricing

  • Our variety of appetizers, entrees and desserts has been designed to offer flexibility in creating a menu to suite your taste and budget.

  • Our catering team welcomes the opportunity to create a menu with you.

  • Special dietary substitutes are available.  Arrangements must be made at least two weeks in advance of the function.

  • Guests requiring special menu items must identify themselves to Jazzaniah Catering staff at the beginning of the catered event.

  • Menus are based on a per person amount (except deli platters) and are subject to a 15% Gratuity on food costs and 5% GST on the total cost of the event.

  • We require a guarantee of the number of guests five days prior to the event.

  • The final charges will be based on the number of guaranteed guests or the actual attendance (whichever is greater).

  • Final payment for the event is due and payable on the day of the event.

  • A deposit of up to 30% may be requested based on the estimated total cost of the event.

  • Cancellations received less than five days prior to the event will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to all food, beverage, rental and administration costs.

  • A 25 guest minimum is applicable to some menus.  Additional staff costs may apply to smaller events.

  • We will endeavor to honor prices quoted, however, prices are subject to change due to an increase in food or staff costs.
